Joined the team as Staff Engineer, in charge of scaling up and maintaining the premium-level integrations with Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, Marriott and Google Vacation Rentals.

• Single-handedly led and implemented parts of an initiative to refresh the authentication system, introducing a login auditing system to secure customers.
• Introduced a 0-code service to handle Partner webhooks using the Inbox Pattern, relying on AWS cloud components. Achieved throughput of 40k RPM with 0% error rate and <1s latency upon first release.

Briefly joined a friend's young team of 3 engineers, to launch the company's prototype to a globally available AI product.

• Refactored Next.js navigation, queries on Supabase and Vercel deployment, to lower first contentful paint across the globe from >1500ms to ~500ms on average.

Successfully grew and led the Integrations domain, with over 20 people, splitting it into Channels, Ecommerce, and Phone to improve delivery speed, team cohesion and business impact.

• Phone: Transformed the product from a $500k/year loss to a $3M ARR product by restructuring its infrastructure and team dynamics.
• Channels: Scaled integrations for 16k+ merchants, implementing ETL microservices improving integration stability and scalability by 5x (measured on latency over traffic).
• Ecommerce: Expanded team maintaining Shopify integration (>$60M ARR), guiding migration to a Kafka-based pipeline. Built platform to enable AI Agents to execute e-commerce actions autonomously.

Spear-headed the company's adoption of Domain Driven Design practices. Led a cross-functional task force with external consultant to map domains and improve team boundaries.

Early joiner helping grow the company from a small team to multiple teams across locations. Designed the architecture and implemented the money movement system, led developer work and culture, and managed platform releases and maintenance.

Developed the initial consumer app, designed and implemented an IoT platform licensed to enterprise partners, won industry awards, and built the development team.

Extended a streaming platform with mobile apps and wrote integration plugins for CMS websites (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
